Are there any hidden charges once you build my website?
Absolutely not!!! No hidden charges are added to our advertised website package prices!
Although some charges do come in effect after the initial 1 year you get FREE like hosting charges, personal email accounts and domain name URL renewals.
How long will it take to build my web site?
This depends on the size of the project. We try to have your site up and running for you in a week or two, larger sites could take longer. You can speed up the process by having all your images and text ready. If you have a realistic deadline and you have all the materials on hand, we will be glad to work within your time frame.
Who updates my website?
You have 24 hour a day, full editorial control of your website, you can for FREE update all elements of your website. Add, delete, or edit, pages, text or pictures. Add products, forms, text animation, audio or video, or anything else you want. We also offer update packages (please read below) or CLICK HERE for update packages available.
What if I cant update my own website?
The admin area you are allocated is very easy to use and we can offer email and telephone support to get you started. However if you still want us to update your website, we can do this for a small price. Please see Update packages page by CLICKING HERE
What is website optimisation?
Website optimisation is basically a way of giving the search engines what there looking for, We optimise your website for FREE and make it accessible to 99% of search engines by including key words within your web pages, keyword meta tags behind pages and including you in links to other websites we have built (subject to conflict of business interests) which enhances your search engine ranking. How do I get my website listed and submitted to search engines?
We can add your website to thousands of search engines by submitting your website address
Also during initial discussions we will generate key words and phrases people will use with the search engines when they are looking for your site or sites like yours. We will incorporate these key words and phrases into the text of your web site and create what are called Meta tags. What is web hosting and how much does it cost?

What is a domain name and how do I get one?
We at Pro Web will assist you in the registering of your domain name. We say assist so at no time do we need your credit card details and that you have sole ownership of your domain name. You simply have to fill out a 1-minute registration form with 123 reg. Once you have registered a domain name, it effectively belongs to you until you decide to stop paying the annual fee (First year FREE with Pro Web Shak) Even if you're not quite ready to build your site, you can register and hold a domain name.

If you already own a domain name or URL, we will for FREE transfer this to your website so it is the address your customers type in the address bar to access your website
